Which is a better book cover/ title?

I didn't know it was #WorldMentalHealth Day on 10th of October. All I knew was the first draft of my book on this topic was completed on this same day.

All these years I had a message embedded deep in me that I needed to share - How to get the #MENTALHEALTH you want WITHOUT GIVING UP THE THINGS YOU LOVE. I also had another title that kept appearing in my head - #Mindfulness without #Meditation.
